This iteration of the Marketing Messaging Course has been specially designed for service providers, so it may not be the best fit for you right now. But never fear! I’m working on a product-focused version of the program too and will be offering it soon – that version will include less emphasis on personal branding and thought leadership, and more focus on the way people buy products in-store and online. We’ll have one live session of 60-75 minutes per week, at 12 noon on Thursdays (Sydney, Australia time, i.e. AEDT), starting Thursday 10th October 2024. These lunch’n’learn sessions will be recorded for those who can’t join us live. 

There’ll also be some homework tasks to complete each week, at whatever time suits you. Expect those to take around 1-2 hours, depending on the specific task and on how much thought you’ve already put into your brand and messaging. 

In between, we’ll be chatting online in a dedicated group, so you can share your progress and ask any questions that come up.

Absolutely! You’ll still have access to all the video lessons, worksheets and group discussions, so please don’t let the timing of the live elements of the program hold you back. Feel free to contact me here if you have any questions about how it will work.

You’ll receive personal log-in details to the course portal via email after your registration and payment has been received. If you’re enrolled in the course and have lost your log-in details, contact me here and I’ll get you set up again ASAP.

Your course materials will be available in my student portal for a minimum of 12 months. If I decide to cancel the program or to stop offering training in the future, I’ll let you know, and will give you at least 3 months notice so you can access your course material before it is removed.

Due to the digital nature of online training programs, bookings are non-refundable. However, if you become unable to participate in a program due to reasons beyond your control, you are able to receive a credit for the full amount paid that you can use towards a future program or service, provided you give us at least 7 days notice before the program starts. Credits will be valid for 12 months.
