By accepting this agreement, you ("Client") agree to retain Jayne Tancred / jaynetancred.com.au ("Service Provider") to proceed with marketing services for a period of one “Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call”, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

During this intensive, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 1 hour discussing and proposing marketing strategy with and for Client on the specific topic of identifying marketing priorities for the client’s business.

The Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call will take place over Zoom, and occur over a single hour, during standard business hours Sydney, Australia time.

Payment for the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call will be to Service Provider at the rate of $149 AUD (including GST for clients in Australia) and will be due at the time of booking this appointment. This price is a special discounted rate available only to a limited number of purchasers of Service Provider’s digital product, The Natural Health Social Media Calendar.

If the client would like to request coaching, marketing or copywriting services in addition to the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call, they will be quoted on by Service Provider at Client’s request, and will be billed separately.

It is an essential precondition of scheduling an Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call that you agree and accept that Service Provider is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of created content and strategy, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, or from any goods or services Service Provider may offer. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials provided directly to you or on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Service Provider shall not be liable.

It is Client’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information shared with you or available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Service Provider retains the rights to any intellectual property created or shared by the Service Provider during the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call or for the purposes of running Service Provider’s business, including but not limited to frameworks, processes, designs, diagrams, and written content.

Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in or after the Coaching Call and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicising and promoting the Service Provider. Service Provider will not share content that exposes sensitive business or personal information about Client. Client authorises the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical and business information, logo, photo and written or recorded statements.

Client agrees to supply all requested information and material necessary for Service Provider to provide the Service at least three business days prior to the scheduled Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call, and understands that failure to do so in a timely manner will have detrimental effects on Service Provider’s ability to provide the agreed Service.

Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the engagement and refund fees if review of Client’s provided information and documentation indicate the Service is inappropriate for Client’s current needs.

Client may transfer their Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call booking to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The Client's deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the intensive will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Providers discretion, be applied to a new booking at the standard rate, which is higher than the original heavily discounted booking rate.

Service provider reserves the right to reschedule the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call to a mutually acceptable date in the event of ill health or personal emergency.

Both parties agree that they will keep any business information received in the course of the Intro Offer 1-Hour Coaching Call and related discussions confidential.

The above Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, modified or restricted under the Australian Consumer Law and are in addition to any manufacturer or supplier warranty. For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Service Provider’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Service Provider that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
